Engine, Performance, and Exterior Features
Both trims come standard with a four-cylinder 1.6-litre hybrid engine. You can expect to get an amazing 4.5L/100km in the city, 4.2L/100km on the highway, and 4.4L/100km combined. Both trims have 40.64cm aluminum wheels, a drive mode selection (DMS), and a dual-clutch transmission. The DMS allows you to adapt the sedan’s performance to your driving needs. Driving modes available include Sport, Economical, Individual, and Normal. The Ultimate has a grille with a unique dark chrome finish.
The 2023 Elantra has a host of other exterior features, which gives the sedan an added competitive edge over other Hybrid sedans in the same segment. Hyundai has installed door pocketing lighting, a hands-free smart trunk, LED tail lights, projection headlights, and LED daytime lights. Advanced technology in both models consists of a 20.32cm full-colour touchscreen, BlueLink, steering mounted audio and Bluetooth controls, USB ports, and a 10.6cm instrument panel. The Ultimate has additional upgrades, which include a 26cm full-colour digital display instrument panel and a wireless mobile phone charging pad.
Standard interior attributes include heated front seats, high-quality cloth-covered seats, and a leather-wrapped heated steering wheel. The Ultimate has additional features, including a sunroof.
Safety
